Gavin Jones is Co‑founder and Head of Innovation at Elixel, which he helped launch straight out of university in 2012. He specialises in product strategy, user experience and shaping ideas into practical, scalable digital services. Gavin has worked with startups, researchers and established organisations on projects ranging from online safety tools for young people to AI‑enabled services and process automation. Alongside Elixel, he co‑founded Digital Plymouth, helping put the city on the national map as a thriving tech cluster and building a community of designers, developers and digital leaders across the region
