How we helped a billion pound business launch a new internal product

Arvato came to us looking for support to get their internal innovation project, My Rise, created and launched into the market. The project kickstarted with a workshop with key stakeholders from within the organisation including marketing, project management, sales and development. From this workshop we developed a phased delivery plan spanning a three month product development run.
Working with the team we went through the wireframe and design phase using clickable prototypes to give the team a real feel for how the site and the managemnt panel will work before the project moved to development.
The promotional website and management panel gave Arvato the collateral they needed to promote the Rise app platform and successfully launch it into the market for their customers to use.
