Rebecca “Becky” Veater is Co‑founder, Technical Director and Head of Development at Elixel. She enjoys taking a blank screen and shaping it into fast, responsive and engaging digital experiences. Becky leads Elixel’s technical direction, from choosing the right tools and architecture to guiding the development team through delivery. Her focus is on building products that are reliable, accessible and genuinely useful, rather than flashy for the sake of it. As part of the South West tech community and Women in Tech South West, she is an advocate for seeing front‑end development recognised as a creative, impactful craft in its own right.
