Revolusionising personal health insurance

WPA was looking for a way to streamline their claim management for customers, a process which would usually be managed through their online portal. We started the project by engaging key stakeholders from WPA in a discovery workshop, building an understanding of WPA’s goals and their customers' objectives.
With the information gathered from the workshop we designed a clickable prototype which we used to run through a testing phase with stakeholders. This was accompanied with a set of design components which could be used throughout the entire build removing the need to design every page of the app and enabling us to progress through to development quicker.
The app allows WPA to offer custom branding for corporate clients, highlighting the insurance is an employee benefit of that organisation. It also saves WPA time in processing claims as this is now all automated meaning delivering decisions to the customer is faster.
